This popular course will show you how to structure every email you write so you know what to say before your fingers hit the keyboard. The 2-day practical and hands-on course results in more confidence to write emails, be aware of email etiquette, while also being able to write emails with more impact and influence. 

Apart from emails, some time will be dedicated to report structures and learning the appropriate styles to apply to more formal style writing.


Everyone will finish with a set of templates reviewed by the trainer to use for different situations.
